It takes an entire neighborhood to make the Block Party a success! PLEASE VOLUNTEER!

Volunteer Sign Up: Click HERE!

A large part of the fun of the BP is volunteering! If you can spare an hour or two, please sign up to set up or clean up the Block Party, assist at one of the game booths, sell cookies at the Bake Sale, serve snow-cones or cotton candy, and much more!  Teens, do you need volunteer service hours? (We know you do!) Sign up to work at the BP! ​

Donate RAFFLE Items! 

​We're looking for complimentary tickets to theater performances, concerts, and sporting events; garden, museum, and gym memberships;  movie passes; hi-end electronics; retail and restaurant gift cards; spa gift baskets; etc.  To donate a raffle item, please email:  [email protected] 

Donate Clean Stuffed Animals! 

Do you have a pile of plush toys taking up space? Want to give them a second life? Well, the Block party is the answer.  They'll be lovingly cut into pieces and stitched into an original, combo animal at the Frankenstuffers booth! We are just looking for stuffed animals with the fluffy fill inside. No beanie babies or pellet-filled plushies. Please bring your washed stuffed animals in good condition to 1185 N. Marengo Ave. by Friday, June 20.  Please leave them on the front porch.

Donate Books for the Book Giveaway!

Please drop off NEW/gently used books in excellent condition at 1186 N. Marengo Ave by June 15.

​Under "What's this for?" please write "BLOCK PARTY" and the booth, contest, food, or music that you wish to sponsor. ​And please include the names we should acknowledge on the sponsor signs.

If you don't specify, we won't know who to thank or what you would like to sponsor and will put you down as "anonymous" for a general operating sponsorship.
